About Me
My name is Jacob (they/them), and I am a certified Death Doula and Grief Counsellor committed to holding space for individuals and families navigating death, dying, and loss. I believe that everyone deserves to be met with compassion, clarity, and care—especially during life’s most tender transitions.

Death Doula Services
As a death doula, I offer emotional, spiritual, and logistical support before, during, and after death. My role is to provide care that affirms who you are and what matters to you.

End of Life Planning
End-of-life planning is an act of love—for yourself and your community. I help individuals explore and document their wishes in practical, accessible ways.

Emotional Support
Grief takes many forms—anticipatory, acute, long-held, or disenfranchised. I provide space for individuals to explore grief on their own terms, without pressure to “move on” or “stay strong.”
Services
I offer holistic, compassionate support for individuals and families navigating the end-of-life journey. Rooted in care, presence, and dignity, my services honour the unique needs of each person and community we serve. Whether you’re planning ahead, grieving a loss, or holding vigil, I walk alongside you with intention and tenderness.

Vigil Work
The final days and hours of life are sacred. I offer presence-based support to both the dying person and those around them. My presence helps reduce fear and create a sense of peace during one of life’s most intimate moments.

Legacy Photography
Legacy Photography
Photography can be a powerful part of end-of-life and grief work. These sessions are always led with consent, care, and reverence—whether in quiet reflection or joyful connection.

Transition Support
Life is full of transitions—some we choose, and some we don’t. I support individuals and families through major life shifts, including dying, caregiving, identity transformation, and complex grief.
